As you know, here at MAXX Potential, we are always looking to grow our Apprentice team with talented people, just like you. That’s why we are excited to announce our new Apprentice Referral Bonus Program.

Do you know someone looking to get into technology that meets all of our MAXX Values? Submit their information below and we’d be happy to reward you when they meet our criteria! 

FAQS

To be eligible, the referrer must be a current Apprentice in good standing or an Alumni who left MAXX Potential on good terms, and the referral must:

  • Meet our On the Job Training requirements (most candidates do)
  • Be hired as an Apprentice
  • Stay with MAXX Potential for 6 months or make it to Level 2, whichever comes first
  • Not be currently employed at MAXX Potential

The hiring process will be fair and consistent with standard interviewing procedures, with no bias for or against candidates whose selection might make someone eligible for a referral bonus.

We are kicking this program off with a $500 bonus per referral that meets the criteria.

Career Lab

Summer Career Labs have ended. Register below for notifications about our upcoming Fall sessions. All Career Labs will be held online

Our Career Lab is open to any person interested in exploring their tech skills. This hands-on workshop will help you determine if the MAXX Potential Apprenticeship program is right for you.

How does Career Lab work?

FIRST

Using the form below, you can apply for a spot in our next Career Lab. We prefer you attend all workshop sessions.

SECOND

You’ll receive an email to reserve your seat. This email will also detail additional information about the workshop. For example, the technology requirements and recommended programs to run during the event. Generally, we cover tech skills as they relate to Hardware, Networking, Development, Information Security, Data and Business Intelligence. 

THIRD

Attend Career Lab where current MAXX Potential Apprentices will share their day-to-day working on our team. You’ll have the opportunity to perform hands-on problem solving and gain insights on careers in tech. This will give you a good understanding to determine if applying for our Apprenticeship program is the next best step for your career. In order to become an Apprentice, you must attend Career Lab.

Career Lab is a free, multi-day workshop. We talk about MAXX Potential’s Apprenticeship program, careers in IT, and work on some hands-on activities. Career Lab is meant to help you decide if an Apprenticeship at MAXX Potential or a career in IT is right for you. After Career Lab, interested participants are encouraged to apply for our full-time, paid Apprenticeship program.

Not only is Career Lab free, but it is open to the public!

No. We require all prospective Apprentices to attend Career Lab. This is your opportunity to show us your skills and your capabilities. Furthermore, we want to be sure you get a sense of a day-in-the-life working at MAXX Potential.

There are no specific tech skills or programming languages required to attend Career Lab. We’ll send out some tutorials before the sessions and we only ask that participants come ready to try new things and learn.

We ask that participants attend all sessions. If for some reason you cannot make every session please let us know when you sign up for the workshop.

MAXX Potential hires as space in the Apprenticeship program becomes available. In addition,  we only choose from applicants who have attended our Career Lab. Once you have gone through Career Lab, you will have the opportunity to apply to become a paid Apprentice

We’re looking for a hard-working Content Marketer with excellent creative writing skills to build an online presence. This is a full-time role.

You will delight Customers by connecting them to Apprentices who deliver day one value and results in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.
As a Solutions Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for understanding customer organizations, technology architectures, processes, and needs. You will develop innovative solutions to address customer challenges, lead project execution; build and maintain relationships at all organizational levels, and work to ensure that MAXX is the consultant-of-choice for our customers.
