We are looking for a Technical Development Advisor to join our team and oversee the growth and development of Apprentices.
A Technical Development Advisor must be a mentor, eager to support their fellow team. You must be able to discover people’s strengths and weaknesses and help them find what works best for them. Having communication skills partnered with critical thinking are prerequisites for this job.
Ultimately, you will provide guidance, support, and encouragement harnessing your technical experience to support Apprentices as they kick start their careers in technology.
