Position

The Solutions Delivery Supervisor is a technical management position. This supervisory role includes providing technical oversight and guidance and leading customer solutions delivery. A team leader who will ensure customer satisfaction and help build the business.

As a Solutions Delivery Supervisor you will be responsible for understanding customer organizations, technology architectures, processes, and needs. You will implement innovative solutions to address customer challenges, lead project execution; build and maintain relationships at all organizational levels, and work to ensure that MAXX is the consultant-of-choice for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Manage technical implementation of customer projects, evaluate feasibility, cost, scheduling, and other success criteria
  • Manage relationships with existing customers and serve as a point of escalation, proactively working with customers to identify and resolve issues
  • Perform retrospective analysis of projects, provide and implement recommendations
  • Implement allocation of the right Apprentices to the right projects, consistently and effectively
  • Foster a safe, collaborative, and challenging work environment to push Apprentices’ personal and professional development forward
  • Identify opportunities for MAXX Potential to provide additional value to customers in the short term and long term
  • Responsible for customer communications, including meetings, presentations, and status reports
  • Collaborate closely with team members to support renewals, expansion opportunities, and advocate for the customer
  • Live & demonstrate the MAXX Potential values, including continuous self-improvement and life-long learning

  • Ability to “think on your feet” and reason through problems and propose solutions in real-time
  • Two or more years of work experience in a hands-on technical capacity
  • Ability to work with Apprentices of diverse backgrounds
  • Ability to constructively respond to feedback from customers, direct reports, peers, and managers
