We are looking for a Business Development Executive to act as the liaison between our Marketing and Sales teams. Your role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers.

Responsibilities

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Executive to help us expand our clientele.

The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

You’ll be doing the following:

  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
  • Present our company to potential clients.
  • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate services.
  • Collaborate closely with Principal Technologists to translate deep technical concepts into actionable recommendations for key decision-makers.
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with clients.
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
  • Assist with client onboarding by setting clear expectations and making introductions to the delivery team.
  • Oversee and improve the sales process to consistently meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Live & demonstrate the MAXX Potential values, including continuous self-improvement and life-long learning.

Qualifications

  • Proven work experience as a Business Development Executive, Sales Account Executive or similar role
  • Proven sales track record of achieving sales quotas
  • Experience in customer support is a plus
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Market knowledge
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations
  • Ability to build rapport
  • Time management and planning skills
  • BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
