As you know, here at MAXX Potential, we are always looking to grow our Apprentice team with talented people, just like you. That’s why we are excited to announce our new Apprentice Referral Bonus Program.

Do you know someone looking to get into technology that meets all of our MAXX Values? Submit their information below and we’d be happy to reward you when they meet our criteria! 

FAQS

To be eligible, the referrer must be a current Apprentice in good standing or an Alumni who left MAXX Potential on good terms, and the referral must:

  • Meet our On the Job Training requirements (most candidates do)
  • Be hired as an Apprentice
  • Stay with MAXX Potential for 6 months or make it to Level 2, whichever comes first
  • Not be currently employed at MAXX Potential

The hiring process will be fair and consistent with standard interviewing procedures, with no bias for or against candidates whose selection might make someone eligible for a referral bonus.

We hire for people that meet these MAXX Values, and have a passion for technology!

We are kicking this program off with a $500 bonus per referral that meets the criteria.

Rewards may vary over time, based on hiring needs and at the discretion of MAXX Potential’s hiring team.
