As you know, here at MAXX Potential, we are always looking to grow our Apprentice team with talented people, just like you, and we can’t do that without Customer projects. That’s why we are excited to announce our new Customer Referral Program.
Is the company you are working for looking for IT Support, Software Development, Data Management, AI & Automation, or Quality Assurance? Submit their information below and we’d be happy to reward you when they meet our criteria!

The MAXX Potential Customer Referral Program is open to:
- All Apprentices currently in good standing with MAXX Potential
- All Alumni who departed MAXX Potential on good terms
Referred projects should fall within the Information Technology sector and may include work related to:
- Enterprise Support & Application Maintenance
- Data Management and Reporting
- 24×7 Network/Security Operations
- Quality Assurance and Testing
- Intelligent Automation
To be eligible for a referral reward, the referral must result in a qualified meeting with the potential client and/or a signed contract with MAXX Potential.

We are excited to offer the following rewards for successful customer referrals:
- $50 Reward
Earned when your referral leads to a qualified meeting with a potential client. - 5% Commission (Up to $500)
Calculated based on the total value of the signed contract resulting from your referral. This commission is payable upon receipt of payment from the client and is capped at a reward of $500.
When you make a customer referral, we will keep you informed at each milestone. You will be notified if and when the customer signs a contract, as well as the project start date.
Please note: Rewards may vary over time, based on project needs and at the discretion of MAXX Potential’s hiring team.
