If the answer to those questions is “yes” the team at MAXX Potential would love to talk with you. We’re looking for a results-driven Sales Development Representative with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. This is a full-time role.

Responsibilities

You will delight Customers by connecting them to Apprentices who deliver day one value and results in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.

You’ll be doing the following:

  • Develop strong relationships with new and potential clients to present, promote, and sell our services, helping them to deliver on strategic initiatives.
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up.
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
  • Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports.
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
  • Document interactions with prospective clients by keeping detailed meeting notes.
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with Principal Technologists to translate deep technical concepts into actionable recommendations for key decision-makers.
  • Coordinate final contract approval with legal.
  • Assist with client onboarding by setting clear expectations and making introductions to the delivery team.
  • Keep Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, Salesforce, up to date by regularly maintaining and updating sales and client records.
  • Research companies using various data sources to identify new markets and customer needs.
  • Live & demonstrate the MAXX Potential values, including continuous self-improvement and life-long learning.

Qualifications

  • Proven work experience as a Sales Development Representative
  • Hands on experience with CRM software (Salesforce or similar) and collaboration tools (Microsoft Office or Google Workspace)
  • Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
  • Previous role in technology companies a plus
