The Principal Technologist is an expert/lead technical role. This key leadership role includes providing technical oversight and guidance, mentoring, and assisting in developing strategies to grow the business. A leader who will ensure client satisfaction and help build the business.
As a Principal Technologist, you will be responsible for being a technical leader who strives to understand client organizations, processes, and needs; drives projects to innovate solutions solving our client’s challenges; develop and maintain consistent relationships at all organizational levels; help develop and mentor Apprentices, and work to ensure that MAXX is the consultant-of-choice for our clients.
