  • Act as a mentor and advisor for Level 1 and Level 2 apprentices, including one-on-one meetings, evaluating apprentices’ progress, and holding apprentices’ accountable for their performance
  • Foster a safe, collaborative, and challenging work environment to push apprentices’ personal and professional development
  • Act as the first escalation point on “small projects” to ensure customer satisfaction and success
  • Create and contribute to technical designs for internal (MAXX Potential) and customer projects, evaluate design feasibility, cost, scheduling, and other success criteria
  • Supervise and deliver on “small projects”
  • Work as an individual contributor in a technical capacity (software development, enterprise security operations work, quality assurance & testing)
  • Prepare, deliver, and facilitate periodic (biweekly) hour-long classroom sessions for Level 1 and Level 2 apprentices
  • Schedule and prepare meetings & presentations with customers, typically on “small projects”
  • Assist Master Technologists with their duties in the event of an illness, absence, or scheduling conflict
  • Perform retrospective analysis of small projects, provide and implement recommendations


  • Bachelors Degree (technical major preferred), Completion of MAXX Potential Level 4 Apprenticeship, or equivalent experience
  • Examples of successful technical project execution
  • Customer service skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to “think on your feet,” reason through problems, and propose solutions in real-time
  • One or more years of work experience in a technical capacity
  • Ability to work with apprentices of diverse backgrounds
  • Ability to constructively respond to feedback from direct reports, peers, and managers
